Certification Standards and Accreditation
AEC Labs is an independent certification body. References to Australian Standards (such as AS 1100, NCC 2022) and international frameworks (such as ISO 19650 and ISO/IEC 17024) describe the standards to which our curriculum and assessments are aligned or aspire to align. Alignment to a standard does not imply formal accreditation by Standards Australia, ABCB, or any government body unless explicitly stated.
AEC Labs is currently pursuing ISO/IEC 17024 accreditation through JAS-ANZ. Until formal accreditation is granted, certificates issued by AEC Labs represent our own independent assessment against published criteria and should be understood as such.

References to third-party organisations, software platforms, regulatory bodies, or industry standards (including Autodesk, AIQS, JAS-ANZ, and others) are for context and educational purposes only.
